Natalia Wallenberg is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Ahold Delhaize, a global leader in supermarkets and e-commerce. She joined the company in January 2022 and serves on the Executive Committee. In her role, Natalia leads the development and execution of Ahold Delhaize’s people strategy, with a focus on associate engagement, leadership development, company culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), and talent management.
Career Background and Experience
Natalia brings a wealth of experience from a career that spans agriculture, financial services, real estate, and retail. Before joining Ahold Delhaize, she spent nearly nine years at Syngenta Group, a global agricultural technology company, where she held senior HR leadership roles, including Global Head of HR for both the Crop Protection and Seed divisions.
Earlier in her career, Natalia served in HR leadership roles at Renaissance Capital, an investment bank, and at IKEA Real Estate. She also gained entrepreneurial experience by establishing and leading the HR function in Tornado, a family-owned food import and distribution business in Belarus.
